Sometimes the question isn't what to build — it's whether the current build is on the right track. We come in to look honestly at the architecture, the team, and the trajectory, and we deliver written recommendations that are actually actionable.
Common formats: a 1–2 week audit with a written report, a delivery roadmap when the team has stalled, or fractional senior engineering during critical phases.
We're comfortable in rescue projects — situations where a previous build is in trouble. The deliverable is always clarity first, then the smallest set of changes that actually moves the needle.
