What's a typical engagement length?
Discovery sprints run 1–2 weeks. Build engagements typically run 4–16 weeks depending on scope. Retainers are monthly. We're transparent about timeline before you commit.

Do you do fixed-price work?
Yes — Discovery is always fixed price. Build engagements can be fixed-scope/fixed-price after discovery, or milestone-based. We don't bill open-ended hourly without alignment.

Who actually does the work?
Senior engineers, end-to-end. We don't hand off to junior teams. The same person who plans your project builds and deploys it.

Do you work outside North Macedonia?
Yes. We work remotely with clients across Europe and beyond. We're based in Skopje (CET) and overlap most working hours.

Who owns the code?
You do. Source code, infrastructure, and credentials are yours from day one. We deliver on your repos and your accounts.
